About the office

Based in Naka Ward, Hiroshima, Takeshima Administrative Scrivener Office supports vehicle parking certificate and registration procedures, construction business permits, inheritance matters, subsidy applications and sports-related matters.

“I do not know which documents I need”; “I cannot get to the police station or a government office during the working week”; “I want to spend less time on paperwork.” We aim to be an office you can approach whenever these questions arise.

I am a car enthusiast myself. I have owned used, manual-transmission Honda Civics (ZC engine), a Honda Beat, a Toyota Supra (1JZ-GTE engine) and a first-generation Subaru Impreza WRX (GC series). I rode an NSR250R as a student and later a ZRX1200R, experiencing both the joys and risks of motorcycling.

We value personal attention and accept ongoing instructions from individuals, motor dealers and businesses.

I spent more than 30 years directing sports programmes for television, covering sport in Hiroshima, across Japan and Asia, and at the Olympic Games. The sporting community in Hiroshima has supported me over many years. With the empathy and gratitude I learned through sport, I aim to support people with energy and a positive outlook. Recipient of an individual award of appreciation marking the Japan Football Association’s centenary. The portrait on the original site is by Riota.
