Inheritance
Requirements depend on your family circumstances and the estate. You are welcome to contact us even if you do not know where to begin. We will clarify the steps and explain which work an administrative scrivener can undertake.
We explain our fees and expenses before accepting instructions. The number of heirs, the family registers required and the estate assets may affect the scope and cost. Where land registration, inheritance tax or a dispute between heirs calls for another professional, we can direct you to a judicial scrivener, tax accountant or lawyer as appropriate.

These figures are indicative. Official certificates, postage, travel and other disbursements are normally extra. Remote enquiries or unusually extensive investigations or document collection may incur additional fees. We will explain the final quotation and anticipated additional costs in advance. Fees for other professionals are separate.
Parking certificates (shako shomei)
We can handle the application and collect the certificate. We can also assist with checking the documents, inspecting the parking location and preparing a site layout plan.

Motor dealers
Dealer rates apply where the dealer prepares the required documents. Outsourcing paperwork and trips to police stations and transport offices can free staff for sales and customer service. We also accept regular instructions and work during busy periods.

All prices include tax. Government application and registration charges, stamps, number plates, preferred number fees and postage are extra. Prices may vary with the receiving office, work requested, document collection and travel. We confirm the fee before starting.
Construction business
We assist sole traders and companies with new permits, renewals, business status analysis and annual change notifications. Please contact us even if you are unsure whether a permit is needed.

Permit requirements and documents depend on whether the applicant is an individual or company, whether the application is new or a renewal, and whether it is made to the prefectural governor or a minister. Prices include tax but exclude statutory charges, certificates, postage and other disbursements. Extra procedures or costs may arise depending on the application. We provide a formal quotation in advance.
